The majority of the workouts are quite short, as they focus on HIIT. She offers everything from follow-along exercise videos to healthy recipes.

BodyRock TV is a fitness channel with a host of both male and female fitness instructors. If you are interested in Strala yoga, this channel may be for you. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, there is something for everybody. There is even a yoga workout you can do without getting out of bed! Tara walks you through each video as if you were attending one of her classes in person.
